Both sides enter round 12 just outside of the play-off places meaning their meeting at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium could have huge implications on the post season.
Sixth-spot Harlequins beat Northampton Saints 22-19 back in January, while fifth-place Saracens came unstuck 31-22 away at Exeter Chiefs.
Willis enjoying barnstorming form
Despite the Exeter defeat, Liam Williams showcased his all-court game and work at the breakdown, winning three turnovers which was the highest in the round and joint highest this season.
Ivan van Zyl leads the league with four interceptions through the first 11 rounds - the most recorded over 11 rounds in Premiership history.
Tom Willis has been a force of nature this term making 40 dominant carries and beating 55 defenders which are both the league's highest.
Quins have shown defensive steel
Cassius Cleaves led the league with five clean breaks in round 11 – the joint-most clean breaks made by a Harlequin in a match this season.
Jarrod Evans made 20 carries in round 11 - the most in the round and the highest total by a fly-half since March 2021.
Harlequins have the highest tackle success rate (81.4%) and have won the most turnovers (91) in the Premiership this season.
Sarries must tackle their defensive blunders
Saracens like to kick more than any other team with 323 kicks in play compared to Harlequins' 287 which is sixth.
The stat that seems most staggering though is in missed tackles where Saracens are ninth with 282 compared to their rivals' 237 which is third, while in tackle success percentage, Sarries are 13% short of Quins and rank sixth.
